Abbie Wood Academy

Our new Abbie Wood Academy forms the middle section of our club, taking swimmers from Stage 4 and preparing them for competition.

Split in to three groups, swimmers learn competition techniques and develop their strokes, with elements such as tumble turns, dives and breathing.
