Please enter times in boxes provided for events that you wish to enter. If you do not have a time please put a cross in the box. Swimmers with no times will be put in the 1st heats.
Entry fee is £1.00 per event.

This event will be held in the format of an Open Meet. Swimmers will be ranked in events by times submitted. Awards will be given in the following age groups:-
8 years and under, 9 years, 10/11 years, 12/13 years, 14/15 years, Open – Results will be posted on the board after the event.
All entries should be handed in at the desk (Tuesday evening) or to a member of the Coaching staff/Committee by Tuesday 13th October 2009 with correct entry fee. No late entries or entries without payment will be accepted.
